1. Nature of the Service

StrikeITM is a proprietary trading evaluation platform designed for educational, skill-based challenges. It is not a broker, exchange, or financial institution. No real-money trading or market execution occurs. All trades are executed in a simulated environment using virtual capital. Participants pay a one-time, non-refundable fee to enter a challenge; upon verified completion of performance criteria, they may receive discretionary cash rewards.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You represent that you may legally use a simulated trading platform in your country and that participation is not prohibited by local laws.

3. Simulated Trading Disclosure

All trading on StrikeITM is simulated only. You do not deposit funds into real markets. This platform provides skill evaluation only; no investment advice or brokerage services are provided.

4. Challenge Participation & Rewards

By enrolling, you agree to the challenge rules (profit target, volume requirement, drawdown limit). Rewards are discretionary, subject to verification. StrikeITM reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards for fraud, abuse, or rule violations.

5. Fees and No Refunds

All challenge fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. You acknowledge that digital access is delivered instantly and irreversibly.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use multiple accounts or fake identities.
• Collude, manipulate, or abuse platform features.

Violate any laws or third-party rights.
Violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of rewards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on StrikeITM—including software, text, graphics, and logos—is owned by StrikeITM or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. No Earnings Guarantee

Nothing in these Terms constitutes a promise of earnings. Rewards depend entirely on meeting challenge criteria. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

9. Indemnification

10. Limitation of Liability

StrikeITM’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount of challenge fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. In no event will StrikeITM be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Force Majeure

StrikeITM is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or third-party service disruptions.

12. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dubai under UAE Arbitration Law. You waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remain in full force. These Terms and any policies incorporated herein constitute the entire agreement, superseding all prior agreements.

14. Assignment

StrikeITM may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights or delegate obligations without prior written consent.

15. Notices

All legal notices must be sent via email to support@strikeitm.com and are deemed received 24 hours after sending.

16. Privacy

Your use of StrikeITM is also governed by our Privacy Policy [link], which is incorporated by reference.

17. Third-Party Rights

No third party has the right to enforce these Terms.

18. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including export controls, sanctions, and anti–money laundering regulations.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and federal laws of the UAE. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Dubai courts or by arbitration in Dubai.

20. Amendment

StrikeITM may amend these Terms at any time by publishing revisions on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
